Нажалост од стране полуписмених квази новинара често можемо чути да титулу руског патријарха изговарају као "патријарх московски и цијеле Русије" иако је правилно "патријарх московски и СВЕ Русије" а сам термин је итекако битан јер та једна ријеч мијења читав контекст. Наравно, постоје и злонамјерници који свјесно и намјерно наглашавају "цијеле" а потом тако пуштају у етар како би се полуписмена и необразована маса накачила и тако даље преносила док се не прими свима у подсвијест да је то правилно. Да би процес успио пусте се и реченице "то је небитно" или "то је исто" а затим и сујета одради своје и успјех је загарантован...
Е па овако, патријарх московски није само патријарх "цијеле" Русије (територије Руске Федерације или пак генерално територије) већ је патријарх СВЕ Русије - односно свих Руса а то укључује и Украјину и Бјелорусију и Казахстан итд. одн. Московски патријарх је насљедник патрона кијевске Русије. Укратко - духовно (СВЕ) изнад материјалног (ЦИЈЕЛЕ).
