Zwei Wochen im Halbdunkel ziehen lassen. Von dem Essig kann man jeden Tag einen Esslöffel zu sich nehmen um vorzubeugen, oder bei Krankheit. Eignet sich auch gut zum würzen von Salaten oder, zum Bleistift, für Linsen/Linsensuppen.
