"Надо сказать: "Мы готовы покупать ваше американское оружие, но только если вы предоставите ленд-лиз для Украины. Мы готовы повышать свои оборонные расходы, если вы сделаете то же самое". Это обоюдный процесс", — считает Яценюк.
