Новое в законодательстве. 🚗 Для водителей - скоро извещения о ДТП можно будет составлять с использованием официальных сайтов или мобильных приложений страховщиков. Такие изменения внесены в федеральный закон «Об обязательном страховании гражданской ответственности владельцев транспортных средств» и одобрены сенаторами на пленарном заседании Совета Федерации в среду 29 января. Новая законодательная норма расширяет возможность оформления извещений о дорожно-транспортном происшествии в виде электронного документа. Это позволит увеличить число электронных извещений о ДТП, а также упростит данную процедуру для самих водителей.
Важно: закон вступит в силу с момента опубликования. Он уже направлен на подпись Президенту РФ.
