Stadler выпустила первый трамвай-поезд в рамках масштабного контракта с VDV

Трехсекционная двунаправленная машина платформы Citylink будет представлена на выставке InnoTrans 2024 в Берлине. Она изготовлена для оператора Saarbahn, обслуживающего легкорельсовую линию между Германией и Францией. При этом заказанные Saarbahn 28 поездов будут курсировать только в Германии. Первые 4 машины должны быть поставлены до декабря, остальные – к 2027-му.

Заявляется, что двухсистемный (750 В постоянного тока и 15 кВ переменного тока) Citylink вместимостью 233 пассажира может разгоняться до 100 км/ч. В салоне расположено 100 сидячих мест и площадки для детских колясок и велосипедов.

Saarbahn – один из участников немецко-австрийского консорциума VDV, который в 2022-м заказал у Stadler 246 Citylink с опционом на 258 машин. VDV был создан для разработки единого стандарта трамвая, что позволило снизить стоимость каждой машины на €1 млн и сократить расходы на обслуживание за счет общих заказов.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
