🇷🇺Минстрой РФ разработал новый приказ с правилами оформления протоколов ОСС и их отправки в ГЖИ.
📄 Документ вынесен на общественное обсуждение. Он составлен с учётом онлайн-формата собраний и с 1 сентября должен заменить приказ № 44/пр.
Среди изменений, предложенных Минстроем РФ:
🔘 вместо номера протокола нужно будет указывать уникальный идентификатор, присвоенный ГИС ЖКХ собранию; 🔘 СНИЛС станет обязательным при заполнении решений собственниками-физлицами; 🔘 срок формирования протокола в зависимости от формата проведения собрания составит от 24 часов до 10 дней.
