Басманный районный суд Москвы арестовал Умара Чичаева на срок 1 месяц 30 суток, передает корреспондент RTVI.
Защита Чичаева просила назначить ему домашний арест. В ходе заседания он сообщил, что является заместителем командира взвода ОМОНа «Ахмат», у него на иждивении четверо детей. В ходе перестрелки он получил пулевое ранение.
Еще двум фигурантам дела о перестрелке у офиса Wildberries Тверской районный суд Москвы назначил административные аресты сроком на 15 суток — Чапанова А. И. и Кодзоева М. Р. признали виновными в неповиновении законному распоряжению полицейского, сообщил телеграм-канал московских судов общей юрисдикции.

For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
