В октябре РКН выявил утечку баз данных, в которых содержались более 9,7 млн записей. В феврале этот показатель составлял 510 млн, из которых 500 млн «оказались в сети в результате одного инцидента».

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
