В МИД РФ, однако, не готовы к такому шагу и настаивают на принципе визового паритета. Об этом заявил на втором Международном конгрессе туроператоров в Минске заместитель директора департамента по многостороннему гуманитарному сотрудничеству и культурным связям министерства Степан Кузьменков.
