Председатель комитета Госдумы по труду, социальной политике и делам ветеранов Ярослав Нилов (ЛДПР) предложил установить контроль за передвижениями трудовых мигрантов в России.
Он отметил, что все иностранные работники должны иметь цифровой профиль:

Если мигрант покидает зону работы, у контролирующих органов могут возникнуть вопросы. Нилов пояснил, что это не ограничивает свободу передвижения, но подчеркивает, что мигранты приезжают для работы, а не для отдыха, что требует контроля их перемещений.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
