Рынок акций РФ начал неделю со снижения из-за эмоциональных распродаж на фоне эскалации геополитических рисков вокруг конфликта на Украине, а также на фоне смешанных сигналов с внешних фондовых площадок; фактором поддержки во второй половине торгов выступила подросшая нефть. Индекс МосБиржи завершил день чуть выше 2720 пунктов после утреннего провала ниже 2700 пунктов, в лидерах отката выступили "префы" "Транснефти" (-8,5%) на фоне новостей о повышении налогов для компании, а также бумаги "НОВАТЭКа" (-2,2%) и "Газпрома" (-2,1%).
По итогам торгов индекс МосБиржи составил 2720,77 пункта (-0,7%, минимум сессии - 2687,45 пункта), индекс РТС - 857,59 пункта (-0,6%); цены большинства "голубых фишек" на Мосбирже снизились в пределах 2%.
Официальный курс доллара США, установленный ЦБ РФ с 19 ноября, составил 99,943 руб. (-5,41 копейки).

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula.
