Посол Российской Федерации в Республике Южная Осетия М.М.Кулахметов принял участие в церемониях возложения цветов по случаю Дня защитника Отечества в Цхинвале, в том числе, к мемориалу «Защитникам Отечества» и часовне на Мемориальном кладбище. В торжественных мероприятиях также приняли участие Президент Республики Южная Осетия А.Э.Гаглоев, представители руководства республики.
