2. Операционный cash flow - 2.2 трлн, Capex - такой же. Т.о. чистый денежный поток обнулился по сравнению с 1.1 трлн в 2021г.
3. Долг вырос до 5.1 трлн (+3.7%), но кэш на счетах упал с 2.0 до 1.2 трлн. В результате чистый долг подскочил на 36% до 3.9 трлн.
4. NetDebt/Ebitda - 1.07, но это к высокой Ebitda-22. В 2023г этот показатель упадёт в 2-3 раза (цены на TTF уже $320). А долг продолжит расти, т.к. Capex запланирован в размере 2.3 трлн, и операционного потока явно не хватит. Если не будет сокращения инвестиций, то NetDebt/Ebitda по итогам года может превысить 4, и это уже критично.
5. Газпром теряет статус главной Cash Cow для Минфина. Трясти будут нефтяников. А Газпром, не удивимся, если через 2-3 года будут спасать.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
