Бранов вышел из "тени"и стал основным поставщиком позитива:новые троллейбусы, машины скорой помощи,планируемое увеличение в два раза федеральных субсидий в облбюджет, больше миллиарда на инфраструктуру и т. д. Одновременно с этим вынос в публичное поле проблем, которые ранее замалчивались: капремонт, здравоохранения, солотчинский мост и т. д.
И если пока ещё рано говорить о том, что А. Бранов стал крепким середняком, то уже и в аутсайдеры сложно отнести.
