Встревожились американские предприниматели, которые пооткрывали заводы в соседних странах. Труд и прочие издержки там дешевле, а рынок США для продажи - рядом. Теперь придётся от чего-то отказываться.
Думаю, сломает Трамп соседей. В прошлый свой заход во власть он их же сломал. Ну и в этот раз у него получится.
