В Кобяйском районе направлено в суд уголовное дело о приобретении, хранении в целях сбыта и продаже немаркированных табачных изделий.

Женщина в июне 2023 года, находясь в г. Копейск Челябинской области приобрела немаркированную табачную продукцию, подлежащую маркировке специальными (акцизными) марками в количестве не менее 2369 пачек общей стоимостью более 352 тыс. рублей. Партию запрещенного товара она перевезла в п. Сангар и реализовывала населению в одном из магазинов.

Уголовное дело расследовано ОМВД России по Кобяйскому району, направлено прокурором в суд для рассмотрения по существу.

Немаркированные табачные изделия изъяты из незаконного оборота.
