Бывшего чиновника посадили за то, что он в 2015 году незаконно согласовал ввод в эксплуатацию нескольких строек на вверенной территории. Его «отблагодарили» таунхаусом в 148 квадратных метров, который оформили на его дочь.
Лобанова задержали в 2018 году, приговор ему вынесли чуть больше 2 лет назад.
