Bei der diesjährigen #Bundestagswahl bekommen Wahlkreiskandidaten mit den meisten Erststimmen erstmals nicht mehr automatisch einen Sitz im Parlament. So haben in 23 der 299 Wahlkreise die Bewerber mit den meisten Erststimmen keinen Sitz erhalten. Grund dafür ist eine Neuerung des Wahlrechts: die nunmehr erforderliche „Zweitstimmendeckung“. Davon wurden so viele Kandidaten der folgenden Parteien betroffen:

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
