For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
