Можно угрожать (и даже вводить) вторичные и прочие третичные санкции... Но в результате неизбежно оказывается, что доллар/евро уже не нужен, а энергия ой как нужна всем (и им тоже).
И даже если завтра "партнеры" снова предложат доллар/евро в качестве универсального средства обмена, то это предложение будет восприниматься, как зонтик для рыбки.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
