📌 Наша фракция ЛДПР в городском Совете Красноярска уже давно предлагает создать проектный отдел при администрации города, чтобы не тратили сотни миллионов рублей, как сейчас, на подготовку проектной документации в сторонних организациях.
‼️Как минимум полмиллиарда рублей в год в Красноярске тратят только на проекты. Это очередной проект на 65 млн рублей. Ранее были проекты двух школ по 54 млн, поперечных улиц на 64 млн, освещения на 30 млн и так далее.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
