МКА согласовала проект жилого комплекса WOW, разработанный бюро APEX.

✔️Проектировщики предложили строгую геометричную структуру зданий, образующую большие внутренние пространства и гармонирующую с окружающей застройкой.

✔️Восемь разноэтажных корпусов с социальной инфраструктурой будут формировать закрытый внутренний двор.

✔️В качестве отделки решено использовать бетонную плитку натурального оттенка, панели из металла желтого цвета, алюминиевые кассеты белого и золотистого цвета.

✔️Два этажа в корпусе 7 займет детский сад на 100 детей. У части квартир предусмотрены собственные палисадники.

✔️На территории комплекса установят детские и спортивные площадки, сделают озеленение по отдельному ландшафтному проекту.
