За три десятка лет Мариинский дворец, в котором располагается Законодательное Собрание, переживал разные времена, но неизменными оставались приверженность депутатского корпуса идеям государственности и тесного взаимодействия с жителями. Петербургский парламент не только обеспечивает последовательное законодательное сопровождение защиты прав петербуржцев, но и постоянно находится на острие вызовов, оперативно реагируя на них. Законодательное Собрание Петербурга задаёт стандарты законотворчества для всей страны.
