«В этом году на «Саратовские страдания» поступило 2405 заявок из 122 стран мира, - рассказала директор фестиваля Татьяна Зорина. - В пять конкурсных программ были отобраны 104 фильма. В основной международный конкурс вошли 19 кинолент из России, Аргентины, Финляндии, США, Индии, Германии, Бельгии, Франции, Турции, Испании, Буркина-Фасо, Израиля, Сербии, Китая. Показы будут проходить с 6 по 9 сентября».
Итоговое обсуждение конкурсных фильмов фестиваля с участием авторов, кинокритиков, психологов, зрителей пройдет 10 сентября в Малом зале Дома кино.
