По предварительным данным, 4 БПЛА были запущены с территории Черниговской области Украины. Над Смоленской областью вводили план "Ковёр", все службы были в курсе. В итоге 3 из 4 дронов так и не долетели до Ярославля, рухнув в лесах. Ещё один был нейтрализован РЭБ и посажен рядом с одной из установок около 6:30 утра на территории завода "Славнефть-ЯНОС". Сапёры работают на месте. Повреждений и пострадавших нет.
