але щось зовсім нове від «законників»:
замість того, щоб відкликати своє клопотання, яке перебуває на розгляді слідчого судді, як це вже неодноразово робили раніше, зараз у судовому засіданні з розгляду клопотання про застосування запобіжного заходу починають заявляти відводи.
(не-) шановні «законники», у зв’язку з цим є пропозиція.
може б відкликали і це клопотання? тим більше, що зараз таке рішення буде абсолютно законним. подумайте ;)
