В Самаре для участка в границах улиц Мичурина, Луначарского и Московского шоссе (территория бывшего подшипникового завода № 4) разработана концепция высотного жилого комплекса с тремя доминантами высотой от 180 до 250 метров. Максимальное количество этажей в главной башне: до 80. Разрешение на строительство зданий в указанной локации и в заявленной высоте было получено ещё в августе 2021 года. Теперь вот показали, что собираются строить.

Архитектура ещё не утверждена. В дальнейшем её могут изменить. Поэтому комментировать внешний вид комплекса мы сейчас не будем, а лучше подождём соответствующие документы.
