В СМИ сообщается, что в Первоуральске ночью 29 декабря возле кафе толпа молодых людей напала на парня и жестоко избила его. По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Свердловской области возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Председатель Следственного комитета поручил и.о. руководителя СУ по Свердловской области Мирошниченко К.В. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и первоначально установленных обстоятельствах.

Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
