Сейчас я иду к врачам не потому, что «надо пройти этого врача и взять нужную справку», а потому что «я хочу узнать, в каком состоянии мой организм и своевременно предпринять меры» — и ✨вуаля✨ настрой вообще меняется кардинально)
Я никогда не заботилась о себе на самом деле. Мне было в целом все равно, что там у меня, как мое тело-то вообще поживает. «Не умираю, и ладно» 😮💨 И только сейчас появляется эта ценность — ценность здоровья.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
