У здания Службы госбезпасности Абхазии, где собрались люди из-за задержания оппозиционеров, началась драка

Сегодня вечером в Абхазии были задержаны пять оппозиционеров: Омар Смыр, Гарри Кокая, Алмасхан Ардзинба, Рамаз Джопуа и Аслан Гварамия, их отвезли в здание Службы государственной безопасности (СГБ) республики.

Родственники задержанных, политики и как минимум десятки неравнодушных людей собрались у здания СГБ, одно из авто протаранило забор. Сейчас у здания началась потасовка протестующих с полицией.

Представители СГБ не выходят к людям и не объясняют ни причины задержания оппозиционеров, ни того, что с ними сейчас.

На втором видео: жесткое задержание оппозиционеров, из-за которого начался протест.

In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
