В основу представленного дизайн-проекта легла концепция внутреннего устройства Дворца Независимости в Минске, где органично сочетаются национальные, исторические и культурные мотивы.
Уже разработан дизайн будущего центра, который включает помещения для коворкинга и мастер-классов на 100 человек, зону приема посетителей с пропускной способностью 100 чел./час, экспозиционно-выставочную площадку на 1000 м2, а также другие рабочие пространства и конференц-зал, рассчитанный на 500 человек.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
