🔹با توجه به ماندگاری برودت هوا طی روزهای اخیر که در روز سه‌شنبه در برخی استان‌ها تشدید نیز خواهد شد و بر اساس تصمیم کارگروه مدیریت مصرف انرژی استان اردبیل، روز سه‌شنبه ۷ اسفند ۱۴۰۳ همه مدارس، دانشگاه‌ها، دستگاه‌های اجرایی و بانک‌ها (با تعیین شعب کشیک خدمات‌رسان) و مؤسسات دولتی و غیردولتی استان (به جز دستگاه‌های خدمات‌رسان) تعطیل اعلام می‌شود.

Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
