Специалисты центра погоды «Фобос» отмечают, что осень 2024 года стала самой тёплой за всю историю наблюдения. Средняя температура была — 8,8 °C.
🍁В сентябре средняя температура достигла 17,1 °C, что теплее нормы на 5,2 градуса.
🍁В октябре — плюс 7,7 градуса, что на 1,9 градуса теплее обычного.
🍁Ноябрь завершился со средней температурой плюс 1,7 градуса, что на 2,2 градуса теплее обычного.
Осень в столице оказалась теплее средних многолетних значений на 3,1 градуса. Кстати, в Гидрометцентре прогнозируют, что зима также будет тёплой для России в целом. И в частности в столице температура воздуха превысит обычные показатели на один-три градуса.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
