🏳️ Эмира обвинили в покушении на Гульбеддина Хекматияра

В Daily Shahadat (СМИ «Исламской партии Афганистана») вышла статья, где говорится, что покушение на политика 2 года назад в мечети «Иман» - дело рук окружения эмира талибов* Хайбатуллы Ахундзады (на телах нападавших нашли знамя ИГ** - но официально ответственность оно не брало). После неудачи же эмир якобы решил насолить Хекматияру конфискацией его резиденции - после чего его взял под свою защиту клан Хаккани, предоставив новую резиденцию в квартале Шерпур и охрану.

В частности, особый прием Хекмаятиру тогда оказал Халил ар-Рахман Хаккани, убитый неделю назад.

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
