Накануне Котова призваларуководителям районов выйти и обойти свои территории, проверить состояние урн, ограждений и других элементов городской среды. Глава города считает, что если чаще гулять, это позволит замечать недочёты:«я предлагаю всем главам районов выйти на улицу и походить».
Складывается ощущение, что работы нет ни у мэра, ни у неё внутренних заместителей, и с приходом весны они как Джиган: на расслабоне, на чилле. А бутылочка «Corona» у прогуливающихся чиновников в руке будет?

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
