В общем, в локации строительная романтика. Нагатинская, 5 с собой принесет:

▪️87,2 тыс. м² офисо-торговой недвижимости
▪️и 130,8 тыс. м² жилья в ГНС.

В девелоперы записывают AFI. Ну и круто, давно от девелопера новых проектов было не видно. Ждем. #перспективныйпроект
