Ожил проект на улице Котовского в Щербинке от компании «Профактив» (50% принадлежит «Кортрос»). На 3,5 га ждем более 100 000 «квадратов» жилой недвижимости (примерно такие обычные домишки 👆).

О застройке микрорайона речь идет с 2017 года. Тогда «Профактив» получил РнС для 17-этажного корпуса, на этом дело тормознулось. В 2023 году в проект вошел «Кортрос», и наконец-то мы дождались хоть каких-то шевелений.

📍 Локейшен: НАО, Щербинка, мкрн Люблинский, ближайшее метро — «Бунинская аллея» (6 км), удобнее расположена станция МЦД-2 «Щербинка» (500 м).
