Предснежно небо. Сонный лес молчит –
не скрипнет ни сосною, ни тропою.
Но, может, распогодится в ночи
до синего морозного покоя,

и ветки зазвенят над головой
в серебряном своём переплетении...
Чудные дни. Загадано с лихвой,
но будто ждёшь всему благословения –

оттуда, где навек предрешено,
что побеждают жизнь, любовь и вера;
оттуда, где исчислены давно
и вес, и мера...

И будет рыжий свет гореть в окне,
на свет заглянут звёздные медведи...
Не говори сегодня о войне.
Давай сегодня только о победе.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
