Молодой политик рассказал Путину, как ему пришла идея поехать на работу во Владивосток. Ислаев отметил, что для него этот город останется местом силы, имеющим свою таинственность. На решение Ислаева в свое время повлиял губернатор Сахалина Олег Кожемяко.
