Финский город Лаппеенранта, расположенный недалеко от границы с Россией, начиная с пятницы ежедневно будет включать гимн Украины.

Оно сообщает, что гимн будет звучать с крыши городского театра в торговом центре Iso-Kristiina ежедневно в 19:30 по местному времени. Так город хочет продемонстрировать свою поддержку украинцам.
"Я считаю, что национальный гимн создает ощущение единства и объединяет живущих здесь украинцев, а также других жителей Лаппеенранта", - заявил мэр Киммо Ярва.
Кроме того, в Лаппеенранта будут поднимать украинский флаг на флагштоке перед мэрией и в порту.
Как напоминает Yle, в соседнем городе Иматра гимн Украины начали включать с конца июля.
