В качестве основного показателя, характеризующего доступность ипотеки, выступает соотношение среднего фактического ежемесячного платежа по ипотеке и средней чистой (за вычетом НДФЛ) региональной зарплаты двух работающих человек. В целом по стране этот показатель составил 54%.
Регионы-лидеры:
1. Чукотский автономный округ (28,8%) 2. Ненецкий автономный округ (30,7%) 3. Ямало-Ненецкий автономный округ (32,1%) 4. Магаданская область (35,3%) 5. Ханты-Мансийский автономный округ (37,5%) 6. Мурманская область (37,6%) 7. Тува (38%) 8. Камчатский край (38,9%) 9. Якутия (41,1%) 10. Коми (43,1%)
Почти все лидеры рейтинга – это северные и удаленные регионы. Из-за суровых климатических условий и специфики ведения в них бизнеса зарплаты во всех этих регионах заметно превосходят средние цифры для других субъектов страны.
Последние места рейтинга заняли Калмыкия и Дагестан (129,3% и 116% соответственно).
