Согласно градостроительному плану земельного участка, на этой территории появится жилой комплекс общей площадью 140 000 м², из которых 100 000 м² – жильё. Также будет построен офисный комплекс и детское образовательное учреждение.

Сейчас «Гранель» продолжает получать разрешительную документацию.
