Москомархитектура выпустила распоряжение о внесении изменений в правила землепользования и застройки на территория общей площадью более 4 га по адресу: Краснобогатырская улица, вл. 89. Причем данную территорию, как следует из распоряжения, включили в программу комплексного развития территории.

В границах этой территории находится БЦ «Мосрентсервис» на 36 407 м², территорию которого пару лет назад рассматривал ПИК под застройку. Также под КРТ попадает здание телефонной станции, база дорожно-уборочной техники и АЗС.

Правда пока неизвестно, что планируется построить в рамках данного КРТ.
