Концепция второй очереди ЖК Level Звенигородская.

Данная концепция выполнена студией Станислава Михаловского — авторами первой очереди проекта.

По задумкам архитекторов, 240-метровая башня ступенчатой формы должна стать доминантой всего района. Но из-за того, что в ходе работы происходили изменения в подходе городских структур к архитектурным образам, концепция была отвергнута.

А к реализации готовится 66-этажная башня, разработанная бюро Arch(e)type.
