Сын Рашида Нургалиева и «Сумма элементов» начинают новый девелоперский проект
Основатель группы компаний «Сумма элементов» Георгий Плиев, по данным «СПАРК-Интерфакса», создал фирму «Специализированный застройщик «2-й Красногвардейский». Партнером в проекте выступает Рашид Нургалиев, сын первого заместителя секретаря Совета безопасности и экс-руководителя МВД Рашида Нургалиева. Его доля на текущий момент составляет 10%.
Вероятно, речь идет о совместной реализации проекта «Сити-2» по застройке квартала «Камушки» Пресненского района Москвы рядом с ММДЦ «Москва-Сити».
В настоящий момент «Сумма элементов» ведет строительство бизнес-центра «Эйлер» в Большом Сити и МФК «Дом Дау». Реализация последнего ведется в партнерстве с Capital Group. Учитывая опыт уже имеющегося совместного проекта с мастер-девелопером и активное присутствие Capital Group в проекте застройки квартала «Камушки», не исключаем, что речь может идти о партнерстве в будущем высотном районе «Сити-2».

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
