ЖК будет построен по адресу: Погодинская ул., вл. 22 стр3

Проект состоит из двух 12-этажных зданий рассчитанных на 109 квартир. Общая площадь комплекса составит 33 653 м².

Концепцию разработала архитектурная мастерская «Сергей Киселев и Партнеры».

Документы уже появились на портале «наш.дом.рф».
