Замечать хорошее - это навык. И усилие. Плохое замечается само. Из-за этого кажется, что все чота както нетак. Моя перекличка каждый день в стиле «что у тебя сегодня хорошего/радостного/вкусного» - ровно для выработки навыка замечать хорошее в каждом своем дне.
