Сегодня у нас сказка «Морозко». По сюжету мачеха отправляет свою падчерицу в лес. Там она встречает хозяина зимнего царства Морозко, который испытывает ее на прочность. Мачеха в радости, что падчерица замерзла в лесу, и готовит блины на ее поминки. Вот уж не ожидаешь этого в детской сказке. Но в итоге девушка живая и невредимая возвращается домой с богатствами.
🍽 Яйца хорошо соединить с солью и сахаром. Постепенно в яичную массу добавить молоко, постоянно перемешивая. Муку, крахмал соединить и порциями добавить в жидкую смесь. В конце добавить масло. Первый блин жарить на сковороде, смазанной маслом.
