Президент России Владимир Путин подписал закон, предусматривающий списание долгов до 10 миллионов рублей для участников специальной военной операции. До этого солдатам предоставлялись только кредитные каникулы.
Действие закона распространяется на военнослужащих, заключивших контракт после 1 декабря 2024 года, при наличии судебного решения или исполнительного производства о взыскании задолженности.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
