У меня всего две яблони, но яблок было в этом году так много и их так жаль было выбрашивать, что я уже наварила пюре и варенья, напекла пирогов, запекла яблок с медом и орехами, заморозила ломтиками, запасла в подвале и холодильнике. И еще соблюдаю правило Apple a day keeps doctor away. Только сушилки у меня пока еще нет, но я о ней подумываю.
Как вы поняли, шведы к яблокам относятся серьезно. Они хорошо знают, какие сорта летние и какие зимние, какие яблоки для пюре и какие для шарлотки. Регулярно устраиваются акции, когда можно принести свои плоды к «яблочному сомелье» и определить сорт. Моя подруга покупает только шведские яблоки и никогда - иностранные. Из яблок делают любимые шведские напитки – муст и сидр.
